20 Seconds of work, 10 seconds to switch stations. 20 minutes without stopping the rotation.
Do a dynamic warm-up with corrective exercises. This routine is done with a broomstick or light bar. Experienced lifters can use an Olympic bar. The focus is on technique.

5 Rounds of max pull-ups and max Handstand Push-ups. Record total reps for score.

20 Seconds of work, 10 seconds to walk to the next station. Workout continuously for 20 minutes.
Do 24 Air Squats, 24 Alternating Lunges, then 24 Jump Squats, then 24 Split Jump. Run 880. Repeat 3x for Time.
Do each exercise 3 times and rotate. Go through cycle 10 times resting as needed.
Start with corrective exercise & dynamic warm-ups.
